Effective November 29, 2019 all updates and any new templates will be available in CaseWare 2019 format only. We will continue to provide support for CaseWare 2018 however if the resolution requires a template update it will only available in CaseWare 2019.
There are a couple of known issues in the latest supported versions of CaseWare that may affect you.
When using letterhead images or electronic signatures you may encounter the following error message.
This is an issue that affects both CaseWare 2018 and 2019 (CAS-10918-T6V4). Please see the following help page for a workaround.
You may notice that your note numbers are not in numerical order when using referencing multiple notes to a single line.
This is an issue that affects CaseWare 2019 (CAS-26928-H2L6Q3). Please see the following help page for a workaround.
